Preparation of sweet and chilled Arabian pulpy grape juice
Arabian pulpy grape juice is a yummy drink with chewy pulp content. Dark red coloured or black coloured Indian grapes are usually preferred for the preparation of this recipe. Chilled pulpy grape juice has the colour of dark wine and has a delicious flavour. Sugar is used for a sweet taste and the amount of sugar used depends on the sweetness of the grapes. This drink is rich with the presence of grape pulp along with the juice. It can be served as an excellent welcome drink for the guest. Let’s have a look at the ingredients used and the method of preparation of this chilled sweet drink.
Ingredients used for Arabian pulpy grape juice
- ¼ kg of black grapes
- ½ cup of sugar (the amount of sugar varies as per the sweetness of the grapes)
- 2 cups of water (1 cup of water at room temperature + 1 cup of refrigerated cold water)

Preparation of Arabian pulpy grape juice
- Wash the grapes thoroughly in running water and keep it aside.
- Heat 1 cup of water in a pan and add the grapes.
- As the water is heated, the grapes start floating up on the water surface.
- Use a slotted spoon in removing the floated grapes and drop them into 1 cup of cold water.
- Slightly squeeze the grapes as the skin and the seeds get separated and we get the pulpy content.
- Remove the skin and seeds and refrigerate the pulpy grapes content.
- Heat the skin and 1 cup of water. Also, add the sugar and continue cooking for 4-5 minutes.
- Strain the above solution and squeeze out the pulp from the skin using the back of a spoon.
- Once it cools to the room temperature pour the pulpy mixture and refrigerate until it’s ready to serve.
- Check the sugar and add more sugar as per the taste.
- Serve it as a chilled sweet drink.
