We all wake up to the morning thinking about a cup of hot tea or the aroma of filter coffee brewing in the kitchen. Tea and coffee are integral part of our day to day life. But there are many among us who consume these in huge quantities which has potential health risks. Though moderate tea consumption is a very healthy choice for most people, exceeding 4 cups per day could have some negative side effects.
Too much caffeine can also cause anxiety in people with anxiety disorders. High dose of coffee can trigger digestive issues and head ache in few people. For some, the high amount of caffeine i.e. more than 100 mg per serving may cause nervousness and agitation.
