Ripe mango pieces, chilled milk and sugar are the essential ingredients in this recipe. The type of mangoes you choose plays a key role in deciding its luscious taste. Mangoes which are less fibrous and more juicy, sweet and easy to peel are usually used for this dish. Use of ice cubes makes it chilled and imparts a unique flavour. Ingredients used in Mango Milkshake
- 2 cups of ripe Mangoes (chopped to small pieces)
- 2 cups of chilled Milk
- 1 cup of Ice cubes
- 3-4 teaspoons of Sugar
Method of preparation
- Wash the mangoes in clean water and peel its skin.
- Slice the mangoes and cut it into small sized pieces.
- Take a blender and add the mango pieces, one cup of chilled milk and sugar.
- Blend it to form a smooth texture.
- Now, add the remaining chilled milk along with the ice cubes.
- Blend it again to form a smooth milkshake.
- Mango milkshake is ready and transfer it to a serving glass.
- Serve it immediately.
