- 1 ½ cup of all-purpose flour
- ½ cup of chopped walnut
- 3 ripped bananas (smashed )
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
- 1 beaten egg
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- A pinch of salt
Method of preparation of Banana bread with walnuts
- Take the butter in a mixing bowl and add the mashed bananas.
- Use a wooden spoon or a mixer in mixing the ingredients and add sugar, egg and vanilla.
- Mix the ingredients really well and add the baking soda. Also, use a pinch of salt for the taste.
