Headaches are normally caused from the blood vessel spasms, inflammation/infection of meninges, dilated blood vessels and muscular tensions. Taking coffee in your diet can help to relieve headaches. Caffeine presence in coffee can reduce the swelling of the blood vessels and reduces pain. This is why caffeine is used as an essential ingredient in many of the painkillers. If you are already a frequent coffee drinker, caffeine withdrawal can also result in headaches.
Maintain a good posture
When it comes to tension related headaches, improving your posture can play a huge role in avoiding headaches. If you are sitting down at a computer without much of a movement and a poor posture, then the strain on our muscles can create nasty headaches.
