Ingredients Curry Leaves Tea
- 8-10 curry leaves
- Half-inch ginger
- 2-3 cups water
- Lemon and honey (optional)
Preparation Method
- Clean the curry leaves and ginger and boil in water on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
- Switch off the flame and close the lid. Let it infuse for 10 minutes.
- Strain the tea in a cup and add lemon juice and honey if you want.
