  • Bananas – 2 kg (prefer Robusta,should not overripe)
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Water -3/4 cups
  • Sugar – 1/2 kg  to 1 (depends bananas sweet)

Dissolve sugar into water.Chop or mash the bananas and combine.  It with the syrup.  Add wine yeast.  Keep the mixture in a ceramic jar fpr a few weeks and then strain out the wine.  Store in a dark place an let it age until it tastes good
