As a traveller when travelling across the country I am sure all of us have noticed people eating omelets or selling omelets, it is found commonly everywhere.But there are a hundred ways then one to make this simple egg dish, but the most common way is by just adding tomato,chillies & onion to the egg. Spanish Spicy Omelette ingredients
Serves -3 | Preparation time – 10 mts
- Eggs – 4
- Low fat milk – 1/2 cup
- Salt- 1tsp
- Crushed chillies – 1 tsp
- Hot sauce – 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese – 2 tsp
- Chopped green chilly – 1
- Sliced Zucchini – 1/2
- Chopped broccoli- 2 florist
- Pumpkin chopped – small piece
- Ginger – small piece
- Bell pepper chopped – small
- Oregano to sprinkle
Preparation – Spanish Spicy Omelette
- Beat all the ingredients in a deep bowl with hand beater
- Grease a skillet and preheat it’
- Pour the beaten eggs and reduce the flame and cover the lid tightly
- Let it cook for 12 to 15 minutes
- Slowly dish it out in a round plate
- Enjoy it with bran bread and hot tea/coffee
