Apple cinnamon shake – Perfect healthy drink
- Apple cubes – 3 cups (unpeeled)
- Cinnamon powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chilled Soya Milk – 1 cup unflavoured
- Chilled low fat milk – 2 cup (99.7% fat free)
- Sugar substitute – 1.2 teaspoon (optional)
Methods
Combine all the ingredients in mixer and blend till smooth and frothily. Pour it into 6 glasses and serve
