Method of preparation

Mix salt with water and sprinkle this water to the powdered eenth flour just to make the powder wet. Take a a handful of grated coconut in the put maker and then put Eenth  powder till half followed by another handful of grated coconut. This is done till the top. Melt jaggery with 1/2 cup of water .  Heat a pressure cooker/Uruli  and add a heaped tsp of ghee.Lightly roast eenth flour.  Add meltted jaggery syrup and light medium coconut milk (2 and 3rd coconut milk) When this mix evaporates and becomes half add the thick coconut milk.
