Hot Tea Cider – A natural Tea Blend of apples
Ingredients -Preparation time 5 minutes – Serves 2
1 cup water
1 cup apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
2 cloves
2 tea bags (green tea)
2 lemon slices
Method
Add water,apple juice,cinnamon stick,star anise and cloves to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Steep green tea bags in the mixture of for 2 minutes. Serve warm in tea cups garnish with lemon slices
Lemon and Raw Mango Granita – Fresh Tea cool your life
Ingredients -Preparation time 15 minutes – Serves 2
1 large or 2 medium raw mangoes
2 cups of green tea (cooled)
1/2tsp roasted cumin powder
Few drops of tabasco sauce
1 cup crushed ice
Method
Boil the raw on water till soft (about 10 minutes),remove skin and keep aside to cool. Once cooled,the mango is de-seeded,cut into chunks and the pit is discarded. Add all ingredients to blender and blend till smooth. Serve in a margarita glass and garnish with slice of raw mango on the rim

Ingredients -Preparation time 5-7 minutes – Serves 2
- Green Tea cooled – 1/4 cup
- Low fat Yoghurt – 1/4 cup
- Mixed frozen Berries ( rasberries,blueberries,mulberries,blackberries)
Method
Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Serve in a short glass with a straw and few chopped berries
