Pineapple Jam Recipe
- 1 Pineapple
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
1.Take fresh ripe pineapples, wash them thoroughly. Peel of their skin and cut them into small pieces.
2.Now add the pineapple pieces in a blender and blend.
3.In a saucepan, add the pineapple puree, sugar. Stir well.
4.Cook the mixture over medium-low heat until it becomes slightly thick. Stir continuously.
5.Switch off the flame, and squeeze in lime juice. Mix well. Allow the jam to cool.
6.Transfer it in an airtight jar and for longer use, refrigerate it.
