Chicken Soup Recipe Ingredients
- Red beans – 100 g
- Bean sprout – 50 g
- Tomato – 100 g
- Chicken – 100 g
- Onion – 25 g
- Garlic – 10 g
- Celery – 20 g
- Chicken stock (optional)
- Salt – 3 g
- Pepper – 2 g
- Sugar – 10 g
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Chicken Soup Recipe Instructions
- In a deep-bottomed pan, add the red beans. Bring to boil.
- Take another pan, add tomatoes and roast it. Make a puree.
- Slice the chicken into small pieces and set aside.
- Add olive oil in a pan, and saute the chicken pieces.
- Now add the chopped onions, celery, garlic and the tomato puree. Saute well.
- Add the red bean, chicken stock. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Using red beans, bean sprout, salt, pepper and olive oil make a small salad.
- Pour the hot soup in a bowl, place the bean salad and top it with some olive oil.
- Serve it hot.
